VectraCoin Scam or Not

Vectra Coin Scam or Not?

You may have found this page because you are thinking about investing in VectraCoin. Is it a scam or not? I am not sure. My main reason for this post is to make people aware of these sorts of investment options in the crypto space and track it along with the launch and give you updates on progress.

Watch the video below and let me know in the comments if you would invest in VectraCoin, or click on the link below and have a look, don’t worry. It’s not an affiliate link.

scam

Website ====>>https://vectracoin.io/home

To make this post real, I have invested a small amount. I have purchased 1 Vecta Coin. Will it pay off? I am not sure, and it is only in the early stages. VectraCoin distribution among VectraToken buyers is not due until March 21.

VectraCoin looks good and sounds good if you believe their claims. They also claim to have a 100% money-back guarantee:-

According to the user agreement, which each user agrees with when registering on our website, Vectra Technology LTD guarantees each client the safety of funds. In case of any problems with the coin implementation, 100% of their investments will be returned to all users.

However, I have found a few red flags that I will let you know about shortly and how good is that guarantee? I am not telling you to invest in VectraCoin in any way. In fact, I think it probably is a scam. I have only a small amount invested purely to write this article, and I will update you on what happens and let you know the outcome.

I recently wrote another post – What is an ICO Crypto? and thought VectraCoin would serve as a good live example.

What is Vectra Coin

So VectraCoin claims it has combined the top coins’ best features and will provide low fees, sound great, big claims.

It sounds like a great idea, but what are the big publications saying about Vectra?

CoinMarketCap

That is the only article that I could really find on the web, the one from CoinMarketCap and that came from NewsBTC.

Please let me know if you find any of these articles out there, but if I search, say bitcoinmagazine.com for Vectra, VectraCoin, I can’t find anything.

Try a search with these below as well. Let me know if you find anything.

Red Flags

So the fact that I can’t find these articles is the 1st red flag for me. If you happen to find, them be sure and let me know. I could find a bit of stuff.

The 2nd red flag I found while doing a bit of research turned out that the team’s profile pictures are fake images Holding Red Flagunless Marshall Ross is a T-shirt model. I found an article on Reddit where someone did a reverse image search, and the team photos came from T-shirt models. They have since made changes to the profile pictures, and I think they are photoshopped.

In the T-shirt image, he is smiling, and in the profile picture, he is not but have a close look at the background. It is the same image. Do you think the faces match the names? This is very deceptive and screams scam. What do you think? What do you think of the updated profile pictures, real or fake?

The 3rd Red Flag is that I have tried to contact the support team on the support email, but they will not reply. However, I have received some emails from the same support email address, so it may not be monitored, but if they are advertising it at a support email, you should get a response. I have tried a few times.

The Guarantee

The trouble these days is that you can claim to be or do whatever you want on the net, you can claim to be the worlds best, but it does not mean it is true.

This is what they say on the VectraCoin website FAQ.

Now that is the claim on their website, but would they honour it? What do you think?

They make it sound fantastic and that it is guaranteed and there is no risk. The risk is you could lose all your investment; they can say whatever they like and not honour that guarantee. The ICO market lacks regulation, so scams are common. If you want to learn more about ICO Scams, go and read this post ===>> What is an ICO Crypto.

Still Not Sure?

I have been trying to find out some more info on this VectraCoin, and to be honest, I can’t find a lot. The website looks good and very professional, but I can not find a ‘White Paper” I will email support and ask for a white paper and see if I get a response. I will let you know if I get a response or not.

I want to think it is not a scam, but a few things don’t add up for me, so I only spent $100 = 1 Token. As I mentioned, I am not promoting VectraCoin at all. I wanted to show you all a live example of a potential ICO scam. Time will tell if it is or not. What are your thoughts? Leave a comment in the box below.

VectraCoin Scam Yes or No?

It is too early to tell 100% on this one, so I am not prepared to call it, yet we will have to wait until March 2021, when the VectraCoin distribution occurs.

Yes, there are definitely a few red flags, and I would not invest anything into it that I could not afford to lose. I will keep you updated on any progress, like if I get my hands on a white paper. I did check out the company info Vectra Technology LTD, and it did check out, it seems to be a legitimate company, and Marshall Ross is the officer. The company was formed in June this year. Still, on the website, the Vectra Network’s development began in March 2018, a little miss leading.

Anyway, I will leave it today and let you make up your own mind. Let me know your thoughts in the comments below, and remember…

UPDATE 8/03/2021

Just thought I better update you all as promised. I have tried to contact support several times with No response.

March was supposedly the distribution date for the coin, and guess what? Now the website is down, and the telegram group has been done for quite a while. So as I suspected, I can now call this one a SCAM.

  1. They make it sound phenomenal and that it is ensured and there is no danger. The danger is you could lose all your venture they can say whatever they like and not honor that ensure. The ICO market needs guideline, so tricks are normal. This reminds me eerily of bitconnect and those other gold rush bitcoin schemes back in the day.

    1. It is just a regular ICO, unfortunately, a lot are scams but it will only improve as the industry becomes more regulated. Crypto is the way of currency in the future and things will only improve I am sure.

  2. Thank you for the information. I have not heard of these guys before and they sound okay and according to their claim if they will give your money which won’t be a problem. As for me, I won’t invest my money on a website like this if am not an expert because my cousin loses their money on cloud one.

    1. It does sound good, I will let you know what happens, you really need to do your research with these sorts of things, the good ones are very open and transparent and are easily contactable. This one has a few red flags.

  3. Thank you for reviewing Vectra Coin and informing people about this website. With so many scams these days people don’ t have trust anymore. I am glad that you wrote a review about this website so people can easily decide wether they want to join or not. Keep up the good work

  4. I have been researching Vectracoin today, the company address provided on the website seems to be false according to : https://www.ukaddressbook.uk/ There is no company listed under V at 110-fetter-lane-london-united-kingdom-ec4a-1ay. I have also investigated the company on the Companies house website which lists the apparent home address of the director Mr Marshall Ross, this home address has over 65 companies listed at that address.. so I think this regularly used address in scams perhaps. I hope it’s not but ..!

    1. Hi Nick, I would leave this one alone, I think it is a scam. There Telegram group has been shut down for a while now too. Thanks for the update.
