How to Get Started in Cryptocurrency

So you want to know How to Get Started in Cryptocurrency?
Well, you have come to the right place. In today’s post, I will give you some options to get started and create Wealth with Crypto.

When it comes to crypto, there are many different ways that you can get involved, and the learning curve can be quite steep for a noob. Crypto has a language all of its own and can be very confusing at first. Because a lot of the crypto space is still unregulated, you also need to be aware of the scammers out there.

Don’t let that put you off though there are still many genuine opportunities out there, and today, I will show you some of those that I recommend. There really are a lot of ways to get started in crypto, so let’s get into it and have a look at how you can start creating Wealth with Crypto easily & safely.

Where Should I Start?

First of all, let me say that yes, you can make some outstanding returns with crypto; 100% + returns are not uncommon in crypto but DO NOT fall for the scams out there. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I am a big believer in self-education. You need to inform yourself so you can make all your own financial decisions and not rely on someone else to do it for you.

OK, How to Get Started in Crypto, well, you basically have 3 options.

  1. Learn to Trade Crypto.
    1. You can start with minimal investment and learn to trade the crypto markets on a reputable exchange. It is not as hard as you think, and you can even make a profit when the market is going down. The volatility in the crypto markets is great for trading when you learn how to manage your risk properly. You can start with this Free Crypto Trading Course.
  2. Invest in Crypto.
    1. You don’t have to trade to make good returns from crypto. Investing in Crypto can earn you excellent passive returns. Staking & Liquidity Mining are ways you can put your crypto to work for you and earn a passive income. You can also Lend and receive good interest on your coins.
  3. Trade & Invest.
    1. I personally do both Cryptocurrency Trading & Investing. I trade when a good opportunity comes up in the market, and then I invest my profits from trading. I really like this option because you can make money no matter what the market conditions are. When the market is going down, I still get rewards from staking & liquidity mining. I can also short sell when there is a bear market.

Learning to Trade Crypto

Learning to trade crypto does not have to be hard and complicated. In fact, it can be simple and easy if done correctly. Yes, it is volatile, but that makes for exceptionally trading, and once you learn how to manage your risk, the volatility does not worry you.

The fastest way to learn to trade is to find someone who is already successful and mirror what they do. You know, find a good mentor, as they say. Well, that someone is Trader Cobb, and you can even start for free. I reckon this is a fantastic way to see what trading crypto is all about and see if it is something you want to pursue.

The free “Become a Trader” course from Trader Cobb is an excellent place to start your trading journey. It starts from the basics, and each short video in the course builds on the previous lesson. Craig teaches the exact methods and strategies that he personally uses as a full-time professional crypto trader.

Trader Cobb doesn’t just sell a strategy. They have the complete package and also provide excellent support, and have a great trading community that you can access. Investing with Crypto

You certainly can generate a good passive income investing with cryptocurrency. PoS -Proof of Stake is a consensus method used for verifying transactions on a blockchain. Staking pools provide a way for the everyday person to get involved without having to run a masternode.

I have been earning around 90% APY staking at CAKE DeFi safely and easily. They pay me interest or rewards every 12 hrs and for staking. I auto-compound these. To learn more about Staking, have a look at my post on the subject ===> What is Crypto Staking.

CAKE DeFi is my number 1 choice when it comes to investing in crypto.

They have 3 main ways to create a passive income.

  1. Lending
  2. Staking
  3. Liquidity Mining

Cake DeFi – Cashflow from your crypto – Explained in under 3 min.

Cake is a great place to start investing in crypto because they can be trusted and have an excellent support team. You pay a small fee for this, but it is insignificant compared to the rewards you will receive. The other alternative if you want to control your own keys is to go fully DeFi.

DeFiChain is a purpose-built blockchain for decentralized finance. I currently run a full node on the DeFiChain to liquidity mine and use the Decentralized Exchange or DEX. I have been getting returns consistently well over 100% APR. I bank these rewards daily at CAKE and stake them for 90% compounding interest.

Trading & Investing

I have to be honest. Since I found Cake and learnt how to invest in crypto, I do not trade near as much as I use to. The fact is I don’t need to when I can make 100% APR passively. I wait for the perfect setups now instead of looking for trades. This has helped improve my trading as well, so it is a win-win for me, I reckon.

I believe this is the perfect combination when you find the right balance. You wait for the good trade setups & invest the profits from trading. This way, I can top up my investments when the prices are good, and if the market goes south, I am still making passive income even if I don’t want to short the market.

Investing at Cake and putting your crypto to work while you learn to trade is an excellent option. This way, you can earn while you learn. I think it is good to have options, and I personally do both, but I am sure you will find your own balance.

Conclusion

If you really want to know How to Get Started in Cryptocurrency the right way and avoid scams, follow my recommendations above. I personally use Trader Cobb & CakeDeFi and can not fault them. They are both reputable companies and have top-notch support as well.

Unfortunately, there are still many scams around the crypto industry because there is still a lot that is not regulated in the crypto space. If you want to create Wealth with Crypto, Trader Cobb & CAKE DeFi are How to Get Started in Cryptocurrency.

  1. “Crypto has a language all of its own and can be very confusing at first”   I fully agree. I have been trying to understand this language for sometime but it sounded like jeberish . Your article has given me hope. Which one will you recommend for a total beginner, learning to trade or investing?

    1. I would invest at CAKE DeFi first and then take the free trading course. Even if you don’t want to trade, the free course gives you a good background into how the crypto market works.

  2. Only This past year, Ive started investing in the stock market and starting to trade cryptocurrency…and I have to admit, lot of it is really confusing to me.  It truly is like an entirely different language and I have to remind myself that people attend a lot of college to get really good at it usually. I think having a mentor is a fantastic idea.  Thank you for this enlightening topic!

    1. Finding a good mentor is the fastest way to succeed, take a look at the free course it is straightforward and simple to learn. You don’t need a college degree. I am sure the Trader Cobb course will not be confusing for you and will have Craig as a mentor.
